Features And Challenges In Human Resource Management In Project Activity

Abstract

Working on projects to provide grants is one of the priorities of organizations ensuring development and competitiveness. The focus is on the successful and quality implementation of the project activities, which is possible through effective management of project teams. The object of research is the project team, and the subject of research covers the factors influencing the efficiency of work and determining the possibilities for its increase. The aim is to review contemporary methods for recruitment, selection and management of the team working on projects and on this basis to provide guidelines for process optimization.
