Abstract

The world has gone through pandemics, but for the first time, the current Covid-19 pandemic has such a global effect. Statistics show that almost every country is affected by the virus. In many respects, this is a real disaster, affecting economies, industries and privacy in many countries. The Covid crisis has left unknowns for the future of many organizations around the world. The pandemic challenged the day-to-day operations of all businesses in a state of emergency, as well as after its abolition. In this regard, the new normal caused by changing the way of life of people poses challenges to the management of the work process and the management of human resources in the organization.
