Abstract

This study underscores the need for universities to adapt their teaching approaches to accommodate the distinct characteristics of Generation Z. It proposes that universities should prioritize student satisfaction and achievement by crafting courses that specifically address the requirements of this generation. The research emphasizes the significance of implementing a diversified teaching strategy, encompassing the integration of spontaneous materials, flipped classrooms, massive open online courses (MOOCs), gamification, and simulated trading rooms to create an immersive learning experience. The study also suggests that providing high-quality services can set universities apart in a competitive and diverse higher education market. Examining the needs of instructors and students as well as universities, this research aims to establish the groundwork for implementing new university policies that more effectively meet the demands of Generation Z.
