Capital Humain Et Effets D’Apprentissage : Etude Empirique De Quelques Entreprises Exportatrices Du Maroc

Abstract

Cet article met en évidence, sur un échantillon de salariÈs d’entreprises exportatrices marocaines, la dynamique de formation du capital humain. Le nombre d’annÈes d’éducation et l’obtention de diplômes apparaissent comme des éléments essentiels de la productivité. L’intensité du "learning by doing" semble relativement faible, alors que le bénéfice d’une formation dans l’entreprise serait manifeste. L’hypothèse d’une externalité positive, à la Lucas, du capital humain moyen de l’entreprise sur les gains et –selon les hypothèses des théoriciens du capital humain– sur la productivité individuelle est vérifiée sur l’échantillon. La conciliation de la faible intensité du "learning by doing" et d’une forte externalité de l’environnement professionnel sur la productivité individuelle semble possible si l’on considère que les conditions de diffusion du savoir entre les individus ont une importance décisive quant à la réelle influence positive du capital humain moyen sur l’apprentissage individuel.
