Abstract

Lucrarea „Echilibrul decizional - carieră versus familie, printre studenții europeni†este un studiu comparativ al tinerilor europeni aspiranți la profesia de asistent social. Individul are libertatea de a face propriile alegeri și de a acționa conform propriilor sale, dar știm cu toții că adesea, alegerile pe care le facem sunt influențate de diverși factori externi. Prin urmare, cercetarea mea vizează identificarea deciziei preferențiale a tinerilor europeni, cu privire la începerea unei familii sau construirea unei cariere, evidențiind și aspecte precum: motivațiile personale, așteptările și idealurile tinerilor, importanța educației, influența de vârstă și așa mai departe. Pentru a îndeplini obiectivul principal, am aplicat un chestionar unui eșantion de studenți din domeniul asistenței sociale,
