Abstract

. Due to the fact that the military organization is governed by strict rules and is inflexible, it can produce a certain degree of stress on the personality of military personnel and especially volunteer soldiers who do not have the necessary experience to predict all errors and failures that may occur in different situations. . Therefore, the influence of the military leader's leadership style was emphasized in the first theoretical part. The main stressors that can occur in peacetime in military activity are: physical work environment, over / underload and poor work planning, work pace, physical danger, conflict and role ambiguity, deficiencies of responsibility and decision, social support inconstant, conflicts between the military, unresolved problems in the family, diseases, marriage, childbirth, insufficiency of equipment, food, average accommodation conditions, the stress of retirement. With the announcement of measures for modernization, restructuring, dismissal of military personnel, a new form of stress is growing: the stress of dismissal. During the war, the superficial treatment or evasion of some of the mentioned stressors, amplifies the tension of the fight, reduces the resources available to overcome this psychic phenomenon, substantially diminishes the efficiency of the military
