Abstract

In today's society, every organization wants to hire well-trained people who can successfully achieve their goals. Personality traits are important in choosing the job so that there is no discrepancy between the employee's potential and his achievements at work. Obtaining a performance both individually and collectively depends on the personality of employees and for this reason, in the selection process, individual psychological factors are taken into account that condition the performance for a particular position.
