Устойчивое Развитие И Новый Банк Развития Брикс: Анализ И Перспективы

Abstract

Новый банк развития (НБР), основанный странами БРИКС в 2014 г., может стать ведущим игроком в области международного сотрудничества по развитию. Организационная политика и стратегические цели НБР выделяют своим приоритетом инвестирование в инфраструктуру, в транспортный и энергетический секторы, что предполагает значительное влияние этих проектов не только на состояние окружающей среды, но и на экономическое и социальное благосостояние местного населения в развивающихся странах и регионах. Статья нацелена на развитие более глубокого понимания подхода НБР к концепции "устойчивого развития", отраженного в международных документах, включая Цели устойчивого развития (ЦУР), сформулированные Организацией Объединенных Наций (ООН) в 2015 г. В статье предложен анализ экологической и социальной политики НБР, а также рассматривается отражение этой политики и в реализации инвестиционных проектов, и в стратегиях на будущее. В результате оценка качества и возможных последствий запланированных инвестиций позволит определить подход НБР к устойчивому развитию.
