Инновационные компетенции в системе требований к профессиональной подготовке эффективного менеджера. Innovative competences as a requirement for a professional development of an effective manager

Abstract

Инновационная деятельность сегодня рассматривается как наиболее эффективное средство повышения конкурентоспособности и развития организаций. В этой связи возрастает спрос на компетентных работников – прежде всего, руководителей, способных сопровождать данный процесс на всех уровнях. Большинство из них должно обладать особыми знаниями, умениями и навыками, обеспечивающими их успешное участие в инновационной деятельности. В статье предпринята попытка анализа ряда российских образовательных стандартов с целью выделения особой группы таких знаний, умений и навыков – инновационных компетенций. Описаны результаты социологического исследования с участием учителей общеобразовательных школ, целью которого стало обоснование целесообразности введения понятия «инновационные компетенции» в образовательных стандартах и его определение. Nowadays innovative activity is usually considered as the most effective tool of increasing the competitiveness of organizations and their development. Therefore, the qualified employees which are willing to accompany the innovative process at all organizational levels are highly demanded. Most of them are expected to have a special expertise and skills that ensure their successful participation in innovative activities. The article is aimed at the analysis of the contemporary Russian educational standards to reveal a specific area of such expertise and skills which is innovative competences. It also presents the results of the sociological research that involved the teachers of secondary schools. The purpose of the research was to confirm the advisability of introducing the concept of innovative competences in educational standards and to define this concept.
