Трансформационный Спад В России

Abstract

Анализируются причины, порождающие трансформационный спад в России. Показано, что особенно важную роль играют две из них: "сырьевая интеграция" в мировой рынок и преждевременные попытки правительства остановить инфляцию. В качестве одного из инструментов преодоления спада предлагается программа стабилизации темпов инфляции.
