Prywatne zrodla finansowania ksztalcenia w szkolach wyzszych - wybrane dylematy ekonomiczno-spoleczne

Abstract

Jednym z podstawowych problemow wspolczesnego szkolnictwa wyzszego w skali globu jest brak dostatecznych srodkow finansowych. Uczelnie pozyskuja srodki ze zrodel publicznych badz prywatnych. Obecnie w Polsce dyskutowane i wprowadzane sa zmiany dotyczace zasad finansowania ksztalcenia na poziomie szkoly wyzszej. Rodzi to konsekwencje tak natury ekonomicznej, jak i spolecznej. Opracowane najnowsze strategie rozwoju szkolnictwa wyzszego w Polsce do roku 2020 zawieraja w sobie szereg ewolucyjnych, ale i rewolucyjnych zmian w systemie finansowania studiow, jak chocby pomysl powszechnego czesnego.
