Abstract

In the digital age, where technological advancements are continuously reshaping the landscape of commerce, one prevailing truth remains: the customer experience is paramount. The realm of e-commerce, in particular, has witnessed an unprecedented evolution, revolutionizing the way businesses engage with consumers. Within this context, the fusion of artificial intelligence (AI) and content personalization has emerged as a transformative force, redefining the dynamics of e-commerce marketing and propelling customer experiences to new heights. The progression of customer experience has been a hallmark of the modern business landscape, shaped by the rapid advancement of technology, the expansion of digital platforms, and the changing behaviors of consumers. The traditional notion of shopping has metamorphosed into a complex web of online interactions, necessitating an intricate understanding of customer expectations. As consumers become more informed, empowered, and digitally connected, their demands for personalized, seamless experiences have intensified. The transition from mere transactions to experiential journeys has propelled businesses to seek innovative strategies that bridge the gap between customer desires and brand offerings.
