Abstract

The process of educational change goes through a period of crisis of the organizational management. To reduce this period, a diagnostic and strategic analysis of both the inflow of flows is needed, by finding prospective strategies that meet the acute need for change, as well as the outflow, by guaranteeing proactive management. This study has as starting point the danger of applying the managerial changes made in the European Union countries, not taking into consideration the national particularities. Using a series of methodological activities such as identifying the shortcomings, applying the principles of change, generating conclusions, the study aims to broaden the perspectives in the field. On the other hand, it carries out a review of the strategies regarding the agents of change by elaborating a conceptual model for reaching a possible and desirable state, in which the political and the legislative play a very important role.
