Strategic Quality –the Main Means

Abstract

This paper aims to underline the role and importance of a quite recent issue for managers and marketing responsibles,in fact,the strategic quality,analysed at both objective and the client level.The study propose the identification of the main possible vectors of the strategic quality and to structure several ways to manage the issue.The perception of the quality ,in general, could be influenced by the distribution system,type of products or market position and therefore,the strategic quality could be quite diffferent like nature compared with the industrial quality.Strategic quality based on the industrial quality from the fuctional point of view and require specific means to be managed.
