Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of quality of work life (QWL) across seven dimensions(Psychological safety and stability, social relationships, salaries and financial rewards, participation in decision-making, supervisory behavior, job security and stability, promotion, and career evaluation) on employee performance at SPA CONDOR (Plastick Injection). A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, using a questionnaire distributed randomly to a sample of 200 employees, of which 130 valid responses were collected and analyzed. The data were processed using the SPSS V21 statistical software. The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between the quality of work life and employee performance at SPA CONDOR in Bordj Bou Arreridj. Based on the findings, the study recommends that companies prioritize improving the quality of work life as a strategic approach to enhancing employee satisfaction and achieving optimal performance outcomes.
