La didáctica de la investigación, una mirada a una escuela de administración de empresas Patterns in Neighboring Areas: Colombia

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como propósito caracterizar la contribución de la didáctica en la formación de competencias investigativas en administración. Por medio de la metodología del estudio de caso se abordó como espacio empírico un programa de administración de empresas de una universidad pública de Colombia, dentro del cual se identificaron unidades de análisis que dan cuenta de elementos del acto comunicativo didáctico que contribuyen e inhiben las competencias investigativas. Las conclusiones demuestran desde los planteamientos de la didáctica moderna los retos y perspectivas que tienen la formación de administradores frente a la construcción de conocimiento en la disciplina.
