Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the reasons for the excessive consumption of mankind and to find ways to shift to responsible consumption. Works of classics in the field of economy and sociology, as well as trends of the modern market of goods and services, were analyzed. The economy of joint consumption is called the economy of the future, the society actively seeks ways of its application, reconsiders the importance of ownership.
