Abstract

A szerző az új intézményi közgazdaságtan néhány alapvető megállapítása nyomán a vállalati szervezetben keletkező jövedelem forrásait és elosztásának szabályait vizsgálja egy vidéki textilipari nagyvállalat varrodájában. Az esettanulmány első részében arra a megállapításra jutott, hogy a munkáscsoport által végrehajtott informális jövedelem-újraelosztás . a privatizált vállalat gazdálkodási feltételei következtében . a szervezeti járadék egyik forrása. Ebben a részben bemutatja a munkamegosztás szabályait alakító egyéni járadékszerzési törekvéseket, majd megvizsgálja, hogyan befolyásolja a két munkáscsoport teljesítményét a munka- és jövedelemelosztási mechanizmusaikban tapasztalható különbség.
