Abstract

Az átalakuló országok közül először Magyarországon jött létre úgynevezett második generációs versenyszabályozás, amelyet az 1997 eleje óta hatályos új versenytörvény alapozott meg. A versenyszabályozásban végbement változások elemzéséhez szükséges az 1990-ben elfogadott első versenytörvény áttekintése, valamint az Európai Unió 1995-ös Fehér Könyvében a társult országok számára közzétett versenypolitikai irányelvek elemzése is. A tanulmány a versenyszabályozás átalakulásának bemutatása után azokat a szerkezeti változásokat értékeli a magyar versenypolitikai gyakorlatban, amelyek a Versenytanács 1991 és 1995 között hozott határozatainak összefoglaló elemzéséből nyomon követhetők.
