Vállalati magatartás - vállalati környezet. Kutatásmódszertani történet

Abstract

Az 1968-as gazdasági reform és a szocialista rendszer 1989-es összeomlása közötti években nagy számban készültek esettanulmányok a vállalatok, vállalati szervezeti egységek, vállalatcsoportok, ágazatok, működéséről. Aki ma elolvassa ezeket az írásokat, nemcsak egy eltűnt világ (már nem létező vállalatok, piacállapotok, vezetési- irányítási módszerek, szabályozások) eseményeivel és folyamataival, de a múlt század hetvenes-nyolcvanas évei Magyarországán elterjedt társadalomkutatási módszerrel és szemlélettel is megismerkedhet. Tanulmányunkban igyekszünk kideríteni: miért választotta, használta és miért pont akkor a hazai tudományos közösség egy része ezt a módszert. Miért bíztunk a kvalitatív kutatásban, az anekdotikus események rendszerezésében, mérhetőségében? Mi okozta térvesztését a rendszerváltás után? Vagy másként: miért volt népszerű ez a szemlélet és módszer a tudományos szabadság korlátozásának idején, és miért nem az e korlátok eltűnésének éveiben?
