Abstract

A tanulmány a frissdiplomások kompetenciái és a munkahelyi sikeresség, ezen belül a bérek közötti összefüggésekkel foglalkozik a Diplomás Pályakövető Rendszer adatai alapján. A szerzők kísérletet tesznek a felsőoktatási kompetenciafejlesztés lehetőségeinek a bemutatására is.
