Abstract

A távlati munkaerő-prognózis kidolgozásának több mint egy éve folyó munkálatai befejeződtek. A prognosztizálás közvetlen célja a 2010-ig várható munkaerő-kereslet és -kínálat nemek, életkor, gazdasági ágak, képzettségi szintek és szakirányok, illetve foglalkozások szerinti létszámának, illetve struktúrájának előrebecslése volt. A prognosztizálás átfogó célja, hogy alapot adjon a szakképzés korszerűsítésére és az oktatáspolitikai stratégia, valamint a munkapiaci egyensúlyt erősítő, a gazdasági növekedést elősegítő foglalkoztatáspolitikai stratégia kidolgozásához. E zárótanulmány középpontjában a munkaerő-kínálat struktúrája, a kereslet és a kínálat szembesítése, a foglalkoztatáspolitikai és oktatáspolitikai következtetések levonása áll.
