A magángazdaság kialakulásának hatásai a foglalkoztatottságra 1995-ben

Abstract

1995 a foglalkoztatást tekintve nem volt sikeres: mint évek óta, még mindig csökkent a munkahelyek száma, bár a korábbinál kisebb mértékben.1 Egyidejűleg valamelyest csökkent a munkanélküliség is.2 Tovább nőtt viszont a statisztika kifejezését használva a gazdaságilag inaktívak, azaz munkavállalási korban lévő nem foglalkoztatottak, de munkanélküliként sem regisztráltak tábora. A munkaerőpiacról önkéntesen távol maradók vagy kényszerűen kiszorultak 1995-re már több mint egymilliót tettek ki a hatmillió munkavállalási korú közül. Többségük elhelyezkedni képtelen fiatal, a háztartásba visszaszorult nő, a munkahely-keresést reményvesztetten feladó férfi. 654 ezres létszámuk már nagyobb, mint a regisztrált munkanélkülieké. Eltartásuk a családra és a szociális segélyezésre hárul, bár feltehetően maguk is megpróbálnak alkalmi (akár fekete-) munkából némi jövedelemhez jutni. A foglalkoztatási helyzet valójában már évek óta nem a foglalkoztatottak munkanélküliek arányszámával, hanem a foglalkoztatottak munkanélküliek gazdaságilag inaktívak egymást meghatározó arányaival jellemezhető. A csökkenő foglalkoztatás stagnáló munkanélküliség növekvő inaktivitás az 1995. évi munkaerő-piaci folyamatok fő jellemzője.3 Ebben a keretben vizsgáljuk: hogyan hatott a foglalkoztatás alakulására a magántulajdonon alapuló gazdaság többféle módon végbemenő növekedése.
