Abstract

Objectif : cet article vise à examiner les modalités de la gouvernance stratégique susceptibles de contribuer au positionnement des entreprises locales dans le groupe des champions nationaux.Méthode : pour atteindre cet objectif, une démarche inductive fondée sur une approche qualitative et analytique effectuée sur cinq champions mondiaux et quatre champions nationaux est adoptée.Résultats : les résultats tirés des analyses des pratiques séculaires de ces entités suggèrent que l’adoption d’une gouvernance stratégique, démocratique et partagée est susceptible de renforcer le niveau de compétitivité nationale et internationale des entreprises camerounaises ainsi que leur niveau de création de valeur et de positionnement stratégiqueOriginalité / pertinence : par rapport aux travaux antérieurs, cette étude présente l’avantage de proposer un modèle de gouvernance adapté au contexte concurrentiel et d’effacement des espaces économiques.
