Abstract

Human resources are the primary productive force, and the digital transformation of human resource management (HRM) is a key tool for liberating productive forces in the current stage. As digital technology advances, it brings new opportunities and challenges to HRM. In the new market environment, enterprises have higher requirements for HRM. This paper discusses the model analysis of the influence of HRM on the development mode of university teachers, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI). AI integrates knowledge and experience from human life into data and information, transforming its nervous system to make operations more intelligent and humanized. Its essence is the extension and improvement of human behavior, incorporating language expression, facial recognition, and problem-solving techniques. According to the research in this paper, the proposed algorithm outperforms traditional algorithms by 10%, demonstrating its potential for extensive application.
