A Collaborative Network Model for Quality Inclusive Education Management in Schools under Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

This research aimed to- (1) To study the current conditions and propose development approaches for collaborative networks aimed at enhancing the quality of inclusive education management in schools under the Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 (2) To develop a collaborative network model for enhancing the quality of inclusive education management in schools under the Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The study was conducted in two phases. Phase 1 consisted of two steps- Study of concepts, theories, principles, documents and related research Study the conditions and development guidelines for cooperation networks. involved in-depth interviews with 40 from Executives of model inclusive education institutions, mentor teachers, and inclusive education management cooperation networks. The data were analyzed using Content Analysis. Phase 2 consisted of three steps- model drafting, expert validation through purposive focus groups, and evaluation of the model’s usefulness, feasibility, appropriateness, and accuracy using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The instrument had content validity indices ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 and reliability coefficients of 0.905. The findings revealed that A collaborative network model for quality inclusive education management in schools under the jurisdiction of the Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, following the SEAT Framework. consists of- 4 Issue 1 Strategy for developing a cooperation network Issue 2 Mechanism for driving the cooperation network for inclusive education management Issue 3- Implementation of the quality promotion of inclusive education management. Issue 4- Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the development of a cooperation network to promote the quality of inclusive education management. The overall evaluation of the model in terms of utility, feasibility, appropriateness, and accuracy was rated at the highest level. The findings indicated that the proposed model provides practical and effective strategies for schools to overcome limitations and enhance the quality of inclusive education management to achieve successful outcomes
