Abstract

In this paper, organizational climate, working conditions and motivation at Facultad de Contaduría Pública (FCP) de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) are analyzed. Variables such interpersonal relations, working relations etc are analyzed to determine their impact in producive. The study finds that recognition, team work, working relationship, institutional support and advancement opportunities are highly correlated with faculty satisfaction. Suggestions are offered and detailed statistics are presented in this study.
