Abstract

This paper seeks to investigate the factors that integrate the clinical work-learning environment and as perceived by residents of public institutions in the Mexican health Sector. The residents of the different medical specialties in some of the cases will be with which, the patient initiate contact with the health institution, hence the importance of that they are within a clinical environment of reasonable worklearning, that they Conducive to achieving job-learning satisfaction. Therefore, the objective of the work is to define the factors that integrate the clinical environment of labour-learning and what is the perception of the residents of the same, to identify areas of opportunity that the respond is conducive to the satisfaction of Labour-learning, from an administrative perspective of human talent. Considering for the theoretical development the linkage of the clinical environment of learning with the work environment by the role that the residents play (students) and when they carry out their clinical and hospital practices become collaborators of the institution where they develop them. Considering for the theoretical development authors like Chiavenato, (2014), Navarro, (2006), who mention that the existence of factors that the individual perceives of the situations that confront in his social interaction and in the organizational structure that is They pronounce through variables such as: Objectives, motivation, leadership, control, decision-making, interpersonal relations and cooperation, which induce their belief, perception and satisfaction and can influence in a positive or negative way in the performance and in the Satisfaction, betting that the reasonable amalgamation of the factors improves the satisfaction of the people and in the case of the medical residents also of those who receive their services. To ratify this position, a qualitative methodology is applied for the theoretical and practical part supplemented by the latter with quantitative methodology to identify response frequencies in the subvariates of the clinical work-learning environment and On-site observation with the support of a duly validated instrument, which includes 28 items, which was applied to 90 resident physicians; Whose results show through the use of SPSS software applied to Likert-scale instruments, the perception of the residents of the work-learning environment, finding as findings the perception of working-school climate Efficient as well as job-teaching satisfaction, but even with that result there are areas of opportunity to attend
