Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between entrepreneurship and technological innovation coupled with development of the culture of intellectual property (IP) from jobs developed in the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Design (FIAD) University independent of Baja California (UABC). This work aims to increase the diversification of employment in young university contributing not only to selfemployment but creating new jobs from undertaking projects developed in university classrooms with a continuous learning for innovation and entrepreneurship. This work deals with guidelines and strategies working to contribute to learning and awareness activities that impact entrepreneurship, leading us to a successful entrepreneurial technology-based event from an academic project.
