Abstract

"Unser Steuer-, Abgaben- und Transfersystem ist gerade für Familien am unteren Ende der Einkommensskala nur bedingt leistungsgerecht. Es gilt daher, Steuern, Sozialabgaben und Transferleistungen so aufeinander abzustimmen, dass sich (zusätzliche) Erwerbsarbeit in jedem Fall lohnt." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
