Povezanost razine kompetencija i demografskih obilježja stručnjaka za ljudske potencijale

Abstract

U radu su prikazani rezultati primarnog presječnog istraživanja (engl. cross-sectional) kompetencija stručnjaka za ljudske potencijale u Republici Hrvatskoj te je analizirana razina njihovih kompetencija ovisno o demografskim obilježjima. Razvijenost kompetencija stručnjaka za ljudske potencijale procjenjivali su njihove kolege, a konačni uzorak čini 157 procijenjenih suradnika. Istraživanjem se nastojalo utvrditi jesu li kompetencije stručnjaka za ljudske potencijale u Republici Hrvatskoj povezane s njihovim demografskim obilježjima, konkretno sa spolom, dobi, razinom obrazovanja i strukom. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da razina kompetencija procijenjenih stručnjaka za ljudske potencijale ne ovisi o spolu, dobi i struci procijenjenih stručnjaka, ali da ovisi o razini njihovog obrazovanja.
