Abstract

В 2014 г. рост ипотечного жилищного кредитования (ИЖК) продолжился несмотря на кризисные явления в экономике. Объем предоставленных в 2014 г. кредитов (1,762 трлн руб.) превысил объем 2013 г. на 22,7% по количеству и на 30,18% в денежном выражении. Качество портфеля ИЖК улучшилось: просроченная задолженность за 2014 г. в процентах от остаточной задолженности уменьшилась относительно 2013 г. для ИЖК в рублях на 0,15 п.п. до 0,86%, а для ИЖК в иностранной валюте – на 0,12 п.п. до 12,57%. Средневзвешенная за месяц процентная ставка по ИЖК в рублях за год прибавила 1,06 п.п. до 13,16% за декабрь. Средневзвешенная за год процентная ставка по ИЖК в иностранной валюте в 2014 г. снизилась относительно 2013 г. на 0,35 п.п. до 9,25%.
