Ипотека В Рф

Несмотря на ухудшение финансово-экономической ситуации, объем предоставленных за 11 месяцев 2014 г. ипотечных жилищных кредитов (1530,3 млрд руб.) превысил объем предоставленных за такой же период 2013 г. ИЖК на 22,2% по количеству и на 30,2% в денежном выражении. Доля просроченной задолженности в остаточной задолженности по ИЖК уменьшилась на 1 декабря 2014 г. по кредитам в рублях до 0,8% и увеличилась по кредитам в иностранной валюте до 14,5%. Тем не менее средневзве- шенная ставка по ИЖК в рублях, выданным в течение месяца, составила 12,6% за ноябрь 2014 г. про- тив 11,9% за ноябрь 2013 г.
