Venciendo la adversidad: Trayectorias educativas de los estudiantes pobres en zonas rurales del Perú

Abstract

El estudio en el cual se basa este documento de política analiza qué factores se asocian con el hecho de que niñas y niños nacidos en contextos de pobreza relativa en zonas rurales no solo se mantengan en la escuela, sino que logren alto rendimiento educativo en pruebas de conocimiento matemático y verbal a los 15 años de edad. Para ello, se observa un conjunto de características de los ámbitos individual, familiar, educativo y comunitario.
