Integrazione Ospedale territorio: una roadmap per la ri-organizzazione dei processi ADI nel DM77/2022 in ottica Patient-centred

Abstract

L?articolo 22 del decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri (dPCM) del 12 gennaio 2017 definisce l?assistenza domiciliare integrata (ADI) come una sottocategoria delle cure domiciliari e ne descrive la modalità di erogazione e gli obiettivi fondanti. In molte regioni i Distretti ? definiti dal Decreto Ministeriale 77 del 2022 (DM 77/2022) come articolazioni organizzativo-funzionali delle Aziende Sanitarie Locali (ASL) ? sono responsabili della gestione e del coordinamento del servizio ADI. Attraverso il caso studio di un progetto pilota che interessa tre Distretti socio-sanitari afferenti all?ASL Bari, il lavoro intende offrire una roadmap per governare con efficacia la ri-organizzazione e la standardizzazione dei processi ADI in unità organizzativo-funzionali diverse.I risultati dello studio evidenziano come l?implementazione di logiche di Lean management abbia, da una parte, consentito di facilitare il cambiamento organizzativo nei tre Distretti e, dall?altra, creato le condizioni per un efficace standardizzazione dei processi di gestione ed erogazione del servizio a livello aziendale. I risultati del progetto pilota sono altresì stati utili per l?organizzazione delle Centrali Operative Territoriali (COT).
