Relazioni sindacali e processi organizzativi: analisi di un contesto ad alta digitalizzazione

Abstract

Il presente elaborato analizza i processi di trasformazione organizzativa in un contesto ad alta digitalizzazione, ponendo particolare attenzione al loro impatto sulle relazioni sindacali. La ricerca ? stata realizzata su incarico del sindacato territoriale Fiom Cgil presso un?azienda della provincia di MassaCarrara, adottando l?approccio della ricercaazione. Attraverso la partecipazione diretta e momenti di elaborazione collettiva, l?indagine mira a favorire una conoscenza condivisa e un possibile cambiamento. Dai risultati emerge con forza il tema della fiducia, soprattutto nei confronti delle figure di rappresentanza, riconosciute come centrali nella costruzione di un ambiente coeso, capace di sostenere sia la produttivit? sia il benessere dei lavoratori. Le dinamiche di sfiducia individuate hanno radici profonde, legate a una tradizione sindacale e aziendale caratterizzata da logiche familistiche e da un forte radicamento territoriale.
