Invisibilit? del lavoro e democrazia sindacale: una prospettiva di ricerca su rappresentanza e partecipazione

Abstract

Questo contributo avvia un?analisi delle cause dell?invisibilit? del lavoro da una prospettiva ancora poco esplorata in letteratura: i modelli organizzativi, sia formali che informali, delle organizzazioni sindacali, con un focus specifico sulla democrazia interna. Attraverso uno studio esplorativo, il saggio esamina il dibattito teorico sulla dialettica tra democrazia e oligarchia all?interno dei sindacati, fornendo spunti critici che potrebbero orientare future indagini e percorsi di ricercaazione. L?intento ? affrontare la crisi della rappresentanza, intervenendo sulle ?strozzature? organizzative che, come evidenziato da Riccardo Terzi, ostacolano l?irruzione delle energie vitali della societ? civile nello spazio politico.
