Eco-sindacalismo per trasformazioni giuste

Abstract

Una transizione eco-sociale nelle economie pi? ricche implica una profonda trasformazione economica basata su cinque assi fondamentali: la diminuzione dei consumi materiali ed ener-getici, la localizzazione dell?economia, la diversificazione, l?integrazione del metabolismo umano nell?ecosistema e la redistribuzione della ricchezza. Affinch? tutto questo possa verifi-carsi ? necessaria la costruzione dell?autonomia economica. Le implicazioni occupazionali di tali trasformazioni sono molto importanti. Innanzitutto, ? probabile una perdita netta di ore di lavoro nell?economia nel suo complesso, nonch? la riduzione di molti settori di attivit?. La seconda implicazione ? che l?economia nel suo complesso dovr? basarsi sul settore primario agro-ecologico. ? sulla base di questi assunti che Ecologistas en Acci?n lavora insieme a di-verse organizzazioni sindacali. Da questo lavoro emergono dunque due linee strategiche. La prima riguarda la protezione degli individui, con misure come il job sharing (riduzione dell?orario di lavoro, prepensionamento) o il reddito di base. La seconda ? la costruzione dell?autonomia economica attraverso misure quali il recupero e l?esproprio dei luoghi della produzione e la costruzione di cooperative e di mutue.
