Pensionati e lavoro. Alcune note storiche e prospettiche

Abstract

Nel saggio si ricostruisce la storia della regolazione degli status di pensionato e di lavoratore. Pur tra vistose eccezioni e contraddizioni, fino agli anni ?90 era prevalente una condizione di incompatibilit?, fonte anche di conseguenze indesiderate (disponibilit? di manodopera per il lavoro sommerso). Successivamente l?orientamento del legislatore ? stato rivolto a una progressiva e pressoch? totale liberalizzazione. Ma le norme recenti che hanno innalzato l?et? pensionabile hanno mutato scenario e problemi. E i nessi possibili tra pensione e lavoro vanno ancora ripensati.
