Habilidades y Capacidades Directivas para Internacionalizar las Empresas Familiares con el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información

This is an analysis on management skills and capabilities that should be taken into account in the family business internationalising procedure. Also the importance of IT is studied in facilitating such a procedure. Family business problimatics is also mentioned, as well as its internationalisation strategic choices.
