Abstract

This paper constitutes a preliminary report that analyzes the crisis and indebtedness of countries, particularly those in developing and emerging markets, in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. It makes a critical recount of the measures and recommendations that various international organizations and developed countries are taking, and based on these it proposes some suggestions to fight the crisis equitably for the whole world.
