Strateški menadžment u funkciji ubrzanog razvoja Republike Hrvatske

Abstract

Na temelju makroekonomskih pokazatelja i kvalitativne SWOT analize utvr?ene su temeljne interne slabosti kao uzro?nik sporog hrvatskog ekonomskog razvoja. U cilju njegovog ubrzavanja rad ukazuje na potrebu vizionarske i koordinirane akcije na podru?ju koncepcije/ strategije ekonomskog razvoja i menadžmenta ljudskih resursa. Kao rješenja za ubrzani razvoj Republike Hrvatske navode se: 1) stvaranje jasne koncepcije razvoja (proizvodna/stvarala?ka, a ne trgova?ka) i ekonomskih strategija na podru?ju temeljnih reprodukcijskih cjelina (poljoprivreda, industrija, uslužne djelatnosti); 2) primjena makromenadžmenta ljudskih resursa za potrebe temeljnih reprodukcijskih cjelina. Radi zornosti navedeno je prikazano na primjeru jedne potencijalno razvojne temeljne reprodukcijske cjeline (poljoprivrede) kao modela za planske odluke strateškog menadžmenta. U kontekstu prevladavanja akutnog gospodarskog kriznog stanja u ekonomskom sustavu Republike Hrvatske navode se i strategijske to?ke strateškog menadžmenta kao smisleni preduvjeti za razvojne iskorake. Temeljem iznesenog, mogao bi se ubrzati razvoj u svim temeljnim reprodukcijskim cjelinama i privrednim djelatnostima Republike Hrvatske.
