Relative ageing of (n−k+1)-out-of-n systems

Abstract

Various partial orders describing relative ageing of two life distributions have been proposed in the literature. These partial orders are based on various reliability measures such as failure rate, reversed failure rate and mean residual life. In this paper we study the relative ageing of (n−k+1)-out-of-n systems.
