Abstract

Romania's European integration process has generated important changes in the field of education, aimed at modernizing the education system and adapting it to European educational standards and policies. In this context, the development of teachers' digital skills is a priority, supported by the implementation of training programs and educational projects financed by European funds. An important role is played by initiatives dedicated to the digitization of education, including those implemented through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The digital pedagogy training program analyzed in this study had as its main objective the development of teachers' digital skills and the integration of information and communication technologies in the teaching-learning-assessment process. The present study focuses on the presentation of the objectives of the training programme, the activities carried out within it and the results obtained from the participation of teachers in the training activities.
