Küreselleþme Çaðýnda Ýnternet’in Ekonomi Politiði: Türkiye Üzerine Bir Ýnceleme

Abstract

21. Yüzyýla gelindiðinde, küreselleþme ile birlikte internet ve ileri teknolojiler hem iþ hayatýný ve hem de günlük yaþamý etkilemeye baþlamýþ ve bilgi ve iletiþim teknolojilerinin geliþimi ile ekonomik yapýda dönüþüm baþlamýþtýr. “Yeni ekonomi” kavramý da bu çerçevede ortaya çýkan yaklaþýmlardan biridir. Yeni ekonomi, bilgi teknolojilerindeki geliþmelerin iktisadi etkilerini inceleyen çalýþma alanýdýr. Ýnternet ekonomisi de bu kavram altýnda incelenmektedir. Hýzla artan internet kullanýcýsýyla beraber internetin ekonomik boyutu dünyada önem kazanmaya baþlamýþtýr. Elektronik ticaret ise internet ekonomisinin güçlü bir parçasý olarak ortaya çýkmýþtýr. Bu çalýþmada, internetin küreselleþme sürecindeki rolü ele alýnarak dünyada ve Türkiye’de internet ekonomi politiði ve e-ticaret incelenecektir.
