Abstract

Günümüzün küresel dünyasýnda; artan rekabet, ürün çeþitliliðindeki artýþ, fiyat farklýlýklarý firmalarý müþterileri ile iliþki kalitesi deðiþkenlerini kullanarak köprüler inþa etmeye ve sadece öz becerilerine ve iþlerine odaklanmalarýna zorlamaktadýr. Firmalar, lojistik iþlerini bu iþte uzman lojistik firmalarýna devrederek hem maliyetten hem de zamandan tasarruf elde etmektedirler. Ancak burada ki asýl sorun firmalarýn lojistik firmalarý ile kurmuþ olduklarý iliþkinin boyutu ve sürdürülebilirliðidir. Bu baðlamda çalýþma; iþletmelerin 3. Parti lojistik (3PL) firmalarý ile aralarýndaki iliþkinin (Güven, Baðlýlýk, Adaptasyon ve Tatmin) lojistik performans üzerine etkisini incelemektedir. Ayrýca, lojistik yetenekler, lojistik deneyim ve çalýþan sayýsý da araþtýrma modeline eklenmiþtir. Çalýþmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket uygulanmýþ (129 firma) ve araþtýrma hipotezleri "korelasyon" ve "regresyon" analizleri ile test edilmiþtir. Yapýlan analizler iliþki kalitesi deðiþkenleri ile lojistik performans arasýnda anlamlý iliþkileri ortaya koymaktadýr.
