Болонският Процес И Пригодността За Заетост От Гледна Точка На Студентите (По Примера На България)

Abstract

Проблемът за младежката безработица е глобален проблем. Настоящата статия го разглежда задълбочено, като анализира характеристиките, причините и последиците от безработицата на завършилите и връзката ѝ с Болонския процес. За целта е направен качествен анализ на проучване, проведено с целева група студенти, които се обучават в бакалавърски и магистърски програми. Проучването изследва естеството на пазара на труда на завършилите висше образование и основните препятствия, пред които са изправени младите хора при прехода им от образование към заетост. Проучването цели да установи дали безработицата сред младите висшисти е в резултат от недостиг на работни места, от липса на умения или от липса на координация. Въз основа на проучването се дават препоръки за мерките, които могат да бъдат предприети от правителството, ръководните органи на висшите училища, работодателите и отделите за кариерно развитие за намаляване на младежката безработица.
