Пазарът На Труда На Ес (Разгледан През Призмата На Еластичностите)

Abstract

В настоящата разработка се дискутират и теоретичните парадигми, и приложенията на еластичностите на пазара на труда в рамките на Европейския съюз, състоящ се от 28 страни – членки. Разработката се базира на изследване (2014–2016), което е проведено от автора относно ефектите на трудовия пазар в рамките на ЕС-28, с основни репери – общите модели, обясняващи поведението на набора от равновесни точки на еластичностите при пресичането на кривите на търсене и предлагане на труд. В разработката е използвана доктрината „заетост на свободна воля” и следователно – основната теоретична рамка за осмисляне и обясняване на ефектите на трудовия пазар на ЕС е адаптираното равновесие по Неш на трудовия пазар. По този начин трудовият пазар се анализира през еластичностите на труда на микро- и макрониво на икономиката на ЕС, като анализът е базиран на доброволното търсене и напасване на интересите на работодателите и лицата на наемния труд.
