Аграрни Договори, Процес На Договаряне И Договорен Ред

Abstract

В съвременните условия, голяма част от взаимоотношенията на аграрните агенти, и аграрната дейност като цяло, се управлява посредством някакъв вид договори. Въпреки това обаче, икономическите анализи на аграрните договори в страната са епизодични, ограничени до отделни типове договори, откъснати от процеса на договаряне и изпълнение на договорите и доминиращия институционален ред. Тази статия продължава представянето на холистичен А-С-П-Р подход за икономическо анализиране на договорите и договорните отношения на аграрните Агенти, като прави икономически анализ на наличните договорни Средства, на Процеса на аграрно договаряне и на резултатния договорен Ред. Първо се прави класификация на принципните типове договори и се анализират техните икономически характеристики, възможности и недостатъци за управление на взаимоотношенията на аграрните агенти. След това се анализират етапите на процеса на аграрно договаряне, представят се критичните фактори на транзакционните разходи и се предлага матрица за определяне на най-ефективните управленчески форми в зависимост от комбинацията на критичните измерения на аграрните транзакции. Най-накрая се анализира специфичният договорен и управленчески ред, резултат от договорния процес, и се представят етапите на процеса на усъвършенстване на договорните отношения в аграрната сфера.
