Abstract

This study investigates how institutional entrepreneurship influences value co-creation in long-term care settings. Using a case study approach, the authors analyze the mechanisms through which institutional entrepreneurs shape organizational practices and enhance service quality. The findings highlight the importance of leadership and innovation in healthcare institutions.
